Deskripsi pekerjaan Senior Bartender The Gunslinger’s Hop
Job Description
- Provide outstanding service to guests by being attentive, friendly, and professional.
- Engage with customers, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues with grace and professionalism.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, following standard recipes and techniques.
- Create and innovate new drink recipes to enhance the bar menu and attract guests.
- Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Ensure that all bar equipment is functioning correctly and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in the Hospitality Industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good Interpersonal and communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Open-minded and outgoing personality
- Able to work in a Team
- Positive attitude
- Food & Beverage knowledge and skills
- Bartending experience and knowledge of popular cocktails and drinks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Completion of a bartending course or certification is a plus
