Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Software Development, with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner (PO).
• Must have experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within the Banking / Financial Services industry, specifically in Sharia Banking (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of banking business processes, particularly Sharia Banking products, services, and operational workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, including Scrum techniques and artifacts.
• Hands-on experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Experienced in creating and managing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done (DoD).
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing processes, and automated testing concepts.
• Able to translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and actionable tasks for development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with business users, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
