Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- Advocate License (PERADI or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Professional certification in Industrial Relations or Human Resources is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory (Able to draft legal documents and conduct negotiations in English)
- Minimum
- 3 years
- of experience in Legal and Industrial Relations.
- Experience in
- EPC, EPCM, Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Heavy Industry
- is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a
- Foreign Investment Company (PMA)
- is an advantage.
- Proven experience handling corporate legal matters, commercial contracts, and labor law issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support to management on corporate, commercial, employment, and project-related matters.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, including EPC/EPCM agreements, subcontractor agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.
- Ensure the company's compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations, and applicable international business practices.
- Handle corporate legal administration, including licenses, permits, OSS, corporate documents, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, government institutions, and regulatory authorities when required.
- Manage legal risks by identifying potential issues and recommending preventive actions.
- Support project teams by reviewing contractual obligations and providing legal guidance throughout project execution.
- Handle dispute resolution, claim management, litigation, and arbitration matters when necessary.
- Develop and update company legal policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that may impact company operations.
- Industrial Relations (IR) Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian Manpower Law and related employment regulations.
- Draft, review, and maintain employment agreements, company regulations (PP), Collective Labor Agreements (PKB), and HR legal documents.
- Handle employee disciplinary actions, investigations, grievances, and termination processes in accordance with applicable laws.
Represent the company in industrial relations matters with employees, labor unions, the Manpower Office, and Industrial Relations Court when necessary.
- Provide legal and IR guidance to management and HR regarding employment issues.
- Manage labor dispute prevention and resolution processes.
