- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, customer service, aftersales, data analysis, or related areas.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, data analysis, reporting, product knowledge, and technical support/repair processes.
- Quality-oriented, customer-focused, and target-driven with good leadership, relationship management, and people development skills.
- Possess strategic thinking, creative agility, fraud control awareness, and understanding of workplace safety standards (SMK3).
- Technology savvy and able to adapt quickly to new systems and technological developments.
