Site Manager

Job Description

• Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure project execution follows approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure construction activities are completed according to schedule.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments regarding project requirements and site progress.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum
• 7 years of experience
• as a Site Manager or in a similar construction management position.
• Proven experience in
• warehouse, industrial building, factory, or similar construction projects is required
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.
• Able to manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
