Job Description
- Develop, implement, and monitor project quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspections and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
- Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction activities.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, contractors, and relevant project teams.
- Identify quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are properly implemented.
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, checklists, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor and maintain project quality records and documentation.
- Support the project team in achieving project quality targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on outstanding quality issues.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 7 years of experience
- in QA/QC for construction projects.
- Experience in
- warehouse, industrial building, factory, or similar construction projects is required
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation.
- Familiar with ITP, Method Statements, NCR, inspection checklists, and quality reports.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
