- PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk are looking for a highly-focused, meticulous professional who is experienced as
- Site Manager
- for project management of Data Center. This position will be based in
- Bekasi, West Java.
- What you'll be doing
- Manage and supervise
- day-to-day construction activities
- at the data center site
- Coordinate with project manager to ensure construction works are executed in accordance with
- approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety standards
- Coordinate and control contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety performance, and report site status regularly
- Ensure proper implementation of
- Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil
- works
Coordinate installation and testing of critical systems
- Electrical systems (power distribution, grounding, UPS, generators)
- Mechanical systems (cooling, airflow, HVAC)
- Fire protection and monitoring systems
- Support testing, commissioning, and
- go-live readiness
- activities
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to minimize delays
- Ensure compliance with
- HSE regulations and site safety procedures
- Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager
- What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical / control / civil engineering, or 5+ years of relevant experience Data Center Project or Data Center Operation.
- Hands-on experience involved in data center construction projects with a minimum capacity of 3 MW
- , from
- greenfield development to go-live
- Strong understanding of
- Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Civil works
- in data center environments
- Ability to read and interpret
- technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Experience working in
- live or partially live data center environments
- is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines
- Willing to work fully on site

- Data center–related training or certification is a plus
