. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our digital presence across social media platforms, driving brand awareness and customer engagement within the food and beverage industry. As Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our online community and implementing strategic campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key responsibilities

Develop, create and curate engaging social media content across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels

• Plan and execute strategic social media campaigns aligned with business objectives and seasonal promotions
• Manage daily social media operations, including content posting, community engagement and customer interaction
• Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content and operations to ensure consistent brand messaging and messaging
• Research industry trends, competitor activities and emerging platforms to keep our social media strategy current and competitive
• Create visual content or coordinate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality graphics and videos for social channels
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars and posting schedules
• Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders within the food and beverage sector to expand reach and credibility
• What we're looking for

Proven experience of 3 years working as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter) and their respective audience demographics and best practices

Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, content creation and social media campaign management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences

• Creative mindset with strong visual and aesthetic sensibilities, particularly for food photography and videography
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media content
• Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst managing projects independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to interpret analytics and generate actionable insights
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership development is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible food marketing practices is a plus
