Social Media Specialist

Develop social media strategy aligned with HR goals (talent acquisition, employer branding, employee engagement, and internal communications)

• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
• Identify target audiences, key messages, and target to measure the success of social media campaigns.
• Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Support the HR team in showcasing the organization's culture, values, and employer brand and also promote job postings and/or recruitment campaigns through social media platforms.

Share employee testimonials, success stories, and highlights.

Promote internal events, recognition programs, learning opportunities, employee-generated content and communicate HR policies, procedures, and updates to employees.

Track and analyze social media metrics (including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and follower growth) and provide reports on social media performance and insights..

• Proven work experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and target audiences.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and storytelling for social media.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights.
