Brand Communication and Strategy

Brand Communication Strategy: Deep understanding of brand core values, positioning, and visual identity, able to articulate abstract brand strategy into distinct verbal and visual expressions across all social touchpoints.

Strategic Planning: Design comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches, and revenue goals.

Editorial Directions: Define editorial pillars, storytelling formats, and channel-specific guidelines that build long-term brand equity without sacrificing cultural relevance.

Content Execution & Collaboration & Team leadership

Hands-on Content Creation: Personally plan, strategize and execute compelling platform-native content (video, carousels, long-form posts, and visual copy).

Creative Direction: Draft sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned captions, scripts, and on-screen text that resonate with our target audience. Partner with designers and editors to bring complex campaigns to life.

Team Management: Lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to content creators and KOL specialist, ensuring brand safety, quality control, and campaign alignment.

Lead and collaborate : Oversee KOL Specialist & Community Engagement Specialist to identify and to execute high-impact influencer partnerships.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Social Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (Reach, Engagement Rate, Share of Voice, Sentiment, and Conversion) and translate data into actionable strategic insights.

• Continuous Testing: Constantly testing content formats, hooks, posting schedules, and messaging based on performance.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver monthly performance dashboards and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Kualifikasi

Experience

: min. 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, brand marketing, or creative agency roles with a proven track record of growing brand presence.

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Communication Science or Advertising is preferred.
• Communication
• : Exceptional written communication & storytelling skills; proficiency in English required.
• Leadership Style
• : A self-driven owner who balances meticulous long-term brand building with fast-paced, real-time social trends.
• Preference
• : Experienced in O2O (online to offline) marketing communication and skill set. Background in Beauty Industry is a plus.
• Platform Mastery

: Expert-level knowledge of algorithms, creative tools, and cultural trends across TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Carousels), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

• Production Skills
• : Proficiency in mobile photography/videography, short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere), and design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite).
