About the role
- Join our pre-opening team and help build a premium spa and wellness experience from the ground up.
- Key responsibilities
- Support pre-opening preparations and ensure operational readiness
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service standards
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and team supervision
- Manage daily operations and maintain service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and support promotions and customer retention initiatives
- Manage treatment bookings, staff allocation, and room utilisation
- Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies, inventory, and operational costs
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare operational reports and monitor team performance
- About you
- Experience managing spa or wellness operations
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Able to develop SOPs and train teams
- Sales-oriented, proactive, and attentive to detail
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
