- Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist
to build strategic partnerships, secure sponsorship opportunities, and drive collaborative initiatives that enhance our commercial and retail destinations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships with brands, communities, and corporate partners.
- Secure sponsorship opportunities to support events, marketing campaigns, and business initiatives.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and sponsorship packages.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure successful execution of collaborations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while expanding new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnership activities.
- Monitor partnership performance and prepare post-campaign reports and evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sponsorship, partnership, business development, account management, or a related role.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in preparing proposals and presentations is preferred.
