Sr Officer-RAN Capacity Planning for 4G 5G & Special Program

The role holder will carry out 4G/5G RAN Capacity Planning and maintain RAN capacity database update including parameter standardization. Responsible for managing end-to-end RAN capacity planning and strategic expansion programs for 4G and 5G network by ensuring network readiness, service quality, and optimal user experience. Also  aligning network capacity with traffic growth, business demand, and commercial priorities.

For daily activities shall proactively liaise with related stakeholders and closely engaged with AVP Head of RAN Capacity Planning as direct line manager.
