• Staff Accounting
• professional to join our finance team in Pinang, Banten. This is a
• full-time position

that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our organisation. As a Staff Accounting professional, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. This role is essential to our finance department's ability to deliver timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders.

• Key responsibilities
• Recording and processing daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers to ensure accuracy
• Preparing journal entries and supporting documentation for various accounting transactions
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation
• Performing account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting the audit process by preparing required documentation and schedules
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, procedures and relevant regulations
• What we're looking for
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Proven experience working as a staff accountant or in a similar accounting role, preferably 1-3 years
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting practices is advantageous
• Professional certification such as CPAs or equivalent is preferred but not essential
