If you're already running an outlet and hitting a ceiling — no new stores to open, no systems to build, just the same routine every day — this is the opposite of that.
Tian Lala is a fresh fruit tea & ice cream brand in East Java, building the foundation for multi-outlet expansion. We're looking for one person to lead store operations from where we are now to where the next branch opens.
What you'll own
- Daily outlet operations: product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
- Monthly sales targets, food cost control, waste reduction, and margin per menu item
- Crew recruitment, shift scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination — including raw material suppliers from China
- Daily sales analysis and direct reporting to the owner
- Building the SOPs and operations playbook for our next outlet launch
What we need from you
- Working proficiency in
- Mandarin, HSK 5 or above
- (spoken and written) — you'll communicate directly with Mandarin-speaking CEO, suppliers and management
- Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related major preferred
- Minimum
- 1 years
- as a Store Manager / Supervisor / Area Coordinator in F&B, retail, or a coffee/tea chain
- Comfortable with numbers: you can read a sales report, calculate COGS, and make decisions from data
- Based in Surabaya and willing to travel regularly to outlets across East Java (Probolinggo and surrounding areas)
- Driver's licence (SIM A/C) and able to drive independently — a plus
What you get
- Base salary
- Rp 10,000,000 – Rp 15,000,000
