Job Description

Supervise and lead store staff in daily operations, including cashiering, food preparation, and customer service areas.

Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are followed, including cleanliness, food safety, service quality, and product presentation.

• Assist with scheduling and workforce planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Provide basic training and coaching for team members, and address any team-related issues in real-time.
• Support inventory control, stock ordering, and waste management processes.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Work toward achieving sales targets and operational efficiency goals.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and store performance.
• Foster positive communication and teamwork among staff and management.
• Job Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or business management is a plus.

At least 2 years of experience in food & beverage retail or the quick-service restaurant industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
