Strategic Management Office Specialist
This role is about driving performance excellence and ensuring strategic alignment across the organization. You will play a key role in strengthening KPI frameworks, performance monitoring, and business planning execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and cascade individual KPIs aligned with company strategy
- Lead KPI socialization and ensure effective implementation across departments
- Continuously enhance KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems
- Conduct operational and departmental performance reviews
- Support the development of annual departmental work plans
- Execute and monitor Strategic Business Planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in strategic planning or related roles
- Strong understanding of KPI development, performance management systems, and business planning
- Experience or knowledge in the shipping industry will be a plus
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Good communication & negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
- Willing to be based in Medan, with an initial 6–12 months of on-the-job training in Jakarta based on business needs
