Tanggung Jawab

Ensure effective implementation of Student Development program and other related activities (e.g. enrollment, speaker selection, report preparation and evaluation recapitulation)

• Ensure effective implementation of Freshmen Companion recruitment and evaluation process
• Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
• Ensure excellent operational activities of Freshmen Year Program

Kualifikasi

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Communication, Management, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in student affairs, event management, program coordination, community development, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage student development programs and events.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with students, speakers, and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; experience with event or student management systems is an advantage.
• Passionate about student development, leadership programs, and creating a positive student experience.
• Willing to be based in Malang, East Java
