Supervisor Purchasing

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise daily purchasing operations for raw materials, packaging, and operational needs.
• ⁠Ensure timely purchase order processing and on-time delivery to support production schedules.
• Handle supplier negotiation, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, Production, and QA/QC teams.
• Monitor stock availability and purchasing accuracy.
• Prepare purchasing reports and operational improvements

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in purchasing within FMCG / manufacturing industry.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, fast responsive, and well-organized.
• Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
