Supply Chain Management Officer

Job Description

Handle end-to-end procurement process, including price collection, PO creation, goods receipt and inspection, document verification, and updating vendor evaluations and asset data

Manage the process of importing goods (handling import documentation, processing customs clearance, communicating with carriers and suppliers, and maintaining accurate records), resolve import-related issues, monitor stock levels, and ensure all activities comply with trade laws and company policies

Organize the placement of products, perform stock-taking of goods, and ensure that the process of the products are met with the administrative (PO, Road Letter, etc.) until the products have been issued to be shipped on schedule

• Job Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in any major, with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00

Have minimum 2 year working experience as Supply Chain Management Officer, Purchasing Officer, Import Officer, or Warehouse Officer is an advantage

• Having Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Able to work multiple task simultaneously and have a fast response
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills
• Have strong negotiation skill
• Good in attitude & communication, fast respond, teamwork, attention to details
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta, Tangerang, or South Tangerang
