- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Perform site measurements and establish control points.
- Set out (staking out) building layouts, roads, utilities, and other structures based on approved drawings.
- Verify coordinates, elevations, and dimensions before and during construction.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Theodolite, and Auto Level.
- Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built survey drawings.
- Monitor settlement, deformation, and structural movement when required.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure survey accuracy.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain survey records and calibration certificates for surveying equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or land development projects.
- Experience with roads, buildings, bridges, or industrial projects is preferred.
