Job Summary & Role Impact

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment process by helping identify, assess, and engage top talent. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, candidate experience, and employer branding while contributing to building high-performing teams across the organization.

• What We’ll Work on Together
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and behavioral interviews while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Manage recruitment databases, track hiring progress, and prepare recruitment reports and documentation.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• What You Bring to the Team
• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Human Resources.
• Basic understanding of behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and eager to learn recruitment systems and HR tools.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
