What you will do
Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases to build a qualified talent pipeline.
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
- Create engaging employer branding content for social media and career platforms to strengthen company visibility.
- Support employer branding initiatives and events, including career fairs, campus visits, and webinars.
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment documentation, while tracking recruitment metrics to support hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
We are looking for you, who
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficient in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with an interest in talent acquisition, employer branding, and content creation.
