We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in ensuring we bring in the best talent to support the organization’s growth effectively and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include
- Establishing recruiting requirements by understanding organizational plans and objectives.
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talents.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to collecting employee administrative documents.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth handling of operational recruitment documentation and administration.
- Creating reports and analyzing recruitment progress to identify areas for improvement.
- Partnering with recruitment vendors, job fair organizers, and educational institutions for campus hiring initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management, or Psychology.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment Staff, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the EdTech industry or other education is a plus.
- Familiarity with psychological tools and modern interview techniques.
