Kualifikasi

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in full-cycle talent acquisition or a related HR role.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, outreach, and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Experience in conducting effective interviews and employing various assessment techniques.
• Strong understanding of employer branding principles and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting to track recruitment metrics.
• Knowledge of offer negotiation, closing strategies, and basic legal/compliance aspects of hiring.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
