Team Leader – Sales & Operations

• Location: Sukawati, Ketewel, Kuta, or Denpasar – Bali
• Multiple vacancies available. Candidates will be assigned to one location based on their preference and operational needs.

We're looking for energetic, sales-driven Team Leaders who are passionate about achieving sales targets, leading teams, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and motivating team members to improve sales performance.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Target-oriented, proactive, energetic, and responsible.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to operational schedules.
• Candidates with experience as Sales Supervisors, SPG/SPB Team Leaders, or Retail Supervisors are encouraged to apply.
• Has an interest in photography and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily team operations to achieve sales targets.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve selling skills and conversion rates.
• Actively engage with customers and promote photography products and services.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure team compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and operational procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Provide regular sales and operational updates to management.
