• Hiring and understanding technical requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and referrals.

Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills Maintain an organized database of candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ready to achieve targets either month or quarter
• Ready to collect pre-agreement letter documents requirements.

Requirements

Talent Skills & Network: Possesses a broad and diverse candidate pool database, spanning Singapore and Southeast Asia (SEA).

Role Management Experience: Experience handling diverse roles relevant to current trends (will be validated/proven during the interview process).

• Work System: Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
• Able to communicate and interview in English.
• proven experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in IT consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of various tech roles and relevant skills
