Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver training of our HVAC product
- Conduct booth theoritical and practical training sessions for customers, dealers, and technicians
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery
Collaborate with the product management and engineering teams to understand new product features and incorporate them into training materials
Maintain detailed training records and provide regular progress reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum l-2years of experience as a HVAC trainer in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry
- In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices in the HVAC industry
- A customer-centric approach and a commitment to providing high-quality training and support
