Deskripsi
- Job description for Thailand Logistics & Ground Coordinator at HUANG HE CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.
- Thailand Logistics & Ground Coordinator
About the Role
Huang He Consultancy (Singapore) is delivering a high-level government delegation's learning journey to Bangkok and Lat Krabang, Thailand, as part of a two-country ASEAN programme (21–22 October 2026). We're looking for a Bangkok-based coordinator to be our on-the-ground point of contact for logistics, vendor coordination, and administrative support before and during the visit.
This is a logistics/admin role — it does not involve arranging the government meetings themselves (that's handled separately).
Responsibilities
- Scout and confirm halal-certified or Muslim-friendly dining venues (private rooms) for hosted meals on 21–22 October
- Assist with hotel booking coordination and VIP check-in arrangements in Bangkok
- Coordinate dedicated ground transport (2 vehicles with drivers) for airport transfers and all site visits, incl. the Lat Krabang full-day visit
- Support VIP airport-reception arrangements at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (name list, passport/flight details submission, vehicle plate numbers)
- Local point of contact for printed-materials logistics
- On the ground 20–22 October: real-time issue resolution, run-sheet support, and liaison with venues/drivers/interpreter
- Report progress and flag issues to Huang He's Programme Facilitation Lead throughout the engagement
Requirements
- Based in or near Bangkok; able to travel to Lat Krabang
- Fluent in Thai and working proficiency in English
- Prior event, delegation, or hospitality coordination experience preferred
- Comfortable working with government-adjacent protocol and VIP arrangements
- Reliable, discreet, responsive — this is a confidential, senior-delegation engagement
- Available for the full engagement window, including the on-ground dates (20–22 October, non-negotiable)
- Compensation
- SGD 600/month retainer for the engagement period
- Hotel accommodation and a daily allowance provided for the on-ground days (20–22 October) — allowance amount to be confirmed
- NDA required before onboarding
- How to Apply
Apply via Glints with a short note on relevant coordination/hospitality experience and your availability for the full window above. Client identity is confidential and will be shared after an initial screening call.
