• TikTok Business Development

professional to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, offering an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth through the TikTok platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying partnership opportunities, developing strategic relationships with content creators and brands, and expanding our market presence on one of the world's fastest-growing social media platforms. This position is critical to our growth strategy and will directly impact our ability to capture new revenue streams and establish PT AiJOY as a key player in the TikTok ecosystem.

• What you'll be doing
• Local Talent Resource Development and Partnership Building

: Focusing on the company's core categories, accurately select high-quality local Indonesian TikTok KOLs, KOCs and Affiliates, establish a talent resource pool and conduct categorized management;

Influencer Collaboration Negotiation and Solution Implementation

: Develop personalized collaboration plans and clarify collaboration benefits based on influencers' follower attributes, sales data and the company' s marketing objectives; take charge of collaboration negotiations to secure the most favorable terms while keeping costs under control, and sign cooperation agreements; coordinate with the company's operations and supply chain departments to ensure the on-time delivery of products and creatives required by influencers.

Full-process follow-up and maintenance of influencer partnerships

: Track the progress of influencers' content creation, assist in resolving issues during cooperation to ensure the content aligns with the brand tone and marketing requirements; settle fees/commissions with influencers in a timely manner after cooperation, collect their feedback, and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships; conduct regular return visits to core influencers, maintain good relationships, and drive repeat cooperation.

Influencer Marketing Data Review and Optimization

: Track core data of influencer collaborations (impressions, click-through rate, conversion rate, GMV, and ROI), generate weekly/monthly data review reports to analyze collaboration performance; optimize influencer selection criteria and collaboration plans based on data and market trends to improve influencer marketing efficiency and ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• What we're looking for
• Proven track record in new business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing or social media industry
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, algorithm, and user demographics
• Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies that result in measurable revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable business plans
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales management tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
