Happy Trails! Asia is an eco-tourism–focused and passionate Destination Management Company (DMC). We operate tours across Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore, and Brunei, with offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.

• We are looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented Travel Consultant with excellent customer service skills to join our rapidly growing team.
• Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an Inbound Tour Operator or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Good command of German and/or Dutch is a strong competitive advantage.
• Familiarity with domestic travel destinations, reservations, and quotations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Based in Yogyakarta.
• What You’ll Be Doing
• Communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and provide tourism-related information and services.
• Coordinate with the Account Manager to prepare tailor-made tour quotations based on client requests.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide the best travel service options.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to manage bookings and payments.
• Ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Resolve any issues related to clients’ trips.
