Treasury Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Treasury Officer to join the team at PT TRANSNUSA AVIATION MANDIRI'. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the company's cash flow and financial operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage the company's daily cash flow and liquidity, ensuring optimal cash management
• Monitor and forecast cash positions, identifying potential shortfalls and implementing appropriate strategies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets and other reporting requirements
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve treasury processes and controls
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
• What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a treasury or finance role, preferably within the banking and financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of treasury management principles, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and financial reporting
• Proficiency in using treasury management software and financial analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Professional certification in treasury management or finance (e.g. ACT, CTP) is preferred
