- We are looking for a creative, user-centric
- UI/UX Designer
to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate can work remotely and possesses strong design thinking, user research, interaction design, graphic design, prototyping, and visual design capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web, mobile, and digital platforms.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, analysis, and usability testing to identify customer needs.
- Create user personas, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.
- Translate key processes into wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard design tools.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure design quality and feasibility throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain and continuously improve design systems, UI components, style guides, and design standards.
- Prepare and conduct testing and analyse feedback to iterate and continuously improve designs.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, HCI, graphic design, multimedia, or computing-related.
- Strong portfolio with past design projects.
- Proficiency in design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Able to work remotely.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles and programming languages is an advantage.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments will be an advantage.
