Job Description

• We are seeking an exceptional
• Villa Concierge Officer

to deliver bespoke, high-end hospitality services to our international guests. The ideal candidate will act as a dedicated lifestyle manager and personal assistant, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious stay across our properties in Nyanyi, Canggu-Kerobokan, Seminyak, and Uluwatu.

• Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all concierge services provided to guests.

Assist guests with arranging transportation, airport transfers, private drivers, activities, restaurant reservations, wellness services, tours, and other special requests.

Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with local vendor service providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, beach clubs, fitness centers, spa, tour operators, private chefs, photographers, transportation providers, and other tourism-related businesses.

• Secure preferential rates, exclusive benefits, and commission agreements for the company and its guests.
• Expand and strengthen the company's concierge network across Bali.
• Develop attractive concierge packages and exclusive offers to enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor, manage, and optimize revenue generated through concierge services and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Proven track record in luxury hospitality, lifestyle concierge agencies, or premium villa rentals.
• Highly resourceful with an extensive network of local vendors (car rentals, private chefs, tour guides, event decorators).
• Proactive "can-do" attitude with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
