About the role

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
• Villa Manager
• to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a
• full-time position

that offers the unique opportunity to manage and oversee the daily operations of a luxury villa property in one of Bali's most sought-after locations. As Villa Manager, you will be the driving force behind ensuring seamless operations, exceptional guest satisfaction, and the highest standards of property management. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence whilst creating memorable experiences for our guests and supporting our dedicated team.

• Key responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services, and administrative tasks
• Manage guest relations and ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met and exceeded
• Supervise and coordinate the work of villa staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to maintain service excellence
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the villa and grounds are immaculately maintained and any issues are promptly addressed
• Manage the villa's budget and financial operations, including cost control, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations and ensuring smooth transitions between guests
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition at all times
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of villa operations, guest information, and maintenance logs
• Liaise with management on performance metrics, occupancy rates, and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
• What we're looking for
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in villa, property, or hotel management, preferably within a luxury hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service excellence
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maintain profitability
• Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Experience with property management systems and booking platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian, Mandarin, or other Asian languages are highly desirable
• Familiarity with Balinese culture and understanding of local customs is advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional extended hours as required by the role
