Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day villa & Restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping , kitchen and guest services teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest experiences are exceptional.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with local authorities, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
- Support the training and development of the area's hospitality teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, FnB Manager or Hotel Manager.
- Proven experience managing a boutique resort, eco-resort, or similar hospitality property.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of FnB, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security operations.
- Willing to be based in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta.
- Accomodation provided.
