About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Villa Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our luxury villa portfolio in Bali.
- This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a hospitality mindset focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily villa operations (Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Service)
- Ensure property standards meet luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Conduct pre-arrival inspections and quality assurance checks
- Handle guest relations, special requests, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate scheduling, staff training, and performance monitoring
- Control operational expenses and inventory management
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports to management
- Maintain strong communication with owners and management team

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role within hotel, resort, or luxury villa environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluent or conversational English required
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- High attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Based in Bali
