VIP Customer Care - Healthcare Industry

• Adecco is assisting a leading healthcare organization in hiring a
• VIP Customer Service (Guest Service)
• professional to be based at an Airport Lounge Soekarno Hatta.

This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and patients, providing exceptional guest service and assisting with enquiries related to hospital services, doctor recommendations, appointment bookings, and general healthcare information. The successful candidate will also support basic health screenings and ensure a seamless, personalized experience for all guests.

*Work in shift: 2 shifts in a day -- 2 days off in a week

What will you do

Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare-related enquiries, including hospital services, doctor recommendations, and appointment scheduling.

• Provide accurate information and personalized assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle customer requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist guests with appointment bookings and service enquiries.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Guide visitors on the use of screening equipment and assist with basic health-related enquiries.
• Deliver a premium customer experience to patients, international travelers, and VIP guests.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, Tourism, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, guest relations, hospitality, healthcare services, airline, airport lounge, hotel, or luxury service environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with international travelers and diverse customer groups.
• Willing to work in shift basis
