• Ferro Ubud is looking for exceptional team player for the position of Waiter/Waitress.
• Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
• Explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
• Monitor guests' needs throughout their dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Check food and beverage orders before serving to ensure accuracy and presentation.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Handle guest questions, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and assigned areas.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment, utensils, and service items are properly handled and stored.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other restaurant team members.
• Support opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning, and restocking.
• Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in an F&B environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and professional attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage, especially for restaurants serving international guests.
