Waiter & Cashier (Night Shift)

Working Hours

• Night Shift (according to the company schedule)
• Job Responsibilities
• Service Duties
• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present the menu and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area before, during, and after service.
• Cashier Duties
• Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Report any payment discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Night Shift Responsibilities
• Prepare the restaurant for closing.
• Complete daily closing checklists and cleaning duties.
• Restock supplies for the next day's operations.
• Secure the cashier area and ensure all closing procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and supervisor to ensure smooth closing operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress, or cashier is preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude, and customer-oriented.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems is an advantage.
