We’re Hiring – Guest Relations Executive
Tikka N Talk is a premium restaurant, bar, and live lounge located in Kuningan, South Jakarta, offering authentic asian cuisine, handcrafted beverages, and live entertainment. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and guest-focused professional to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining and lounge experience.
- Build guest relationships, and recommend signature dishes, beverages, and daily promotions.
- Supervise front-of-house operations and ensure smooth coordination between the restaurant, bar, kitchen, and cashier.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring discipline, cleanliness, and excellent service standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute daily promotions, banners, and in-house campaigns.
- Monitor daily operations, handle guest feedback professionally, and help drive sales through outstanding hospitality.
Requirements
- Below 30 years of age preferred.
- Smart, confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills; English speaking is preferred.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, bar, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Working Hours
- Shift 1: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- Shift allocation will be based on the monthly roster.
