We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong SEO knowledge and an understanding of AI Search Optimization (GEO) to improve website performance, search visibility, and lead generation.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites and landing pages.
- Improve Google rankings through On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Implement GEO strategies to increase visibility on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Search.
- Optimize website speed, UI/UX, mobile responsiveness, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and lead generation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Web Development experience.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO and familiarity with GEO / AI Search Optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of structured data, website optimization, and responsive design.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing real estate websites or property portals.
- Proven track record in improving SEO rankings and organic traffic.
- Experience with lead generation, CRM, and WhatsApp integration.
