The Account Facility Manager serves as the primary client relationship for data center accounts, driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through strategic relationship management and delivery of facility management services.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for assigned data center clients, building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders from C-suite to operational teams. Conduct regular business reviews to assess service performance, identify opportunities, and align on strategic priorities. Proactively address client concerns and escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining service level agreements.
Operational Excellence
Coordinate between client requirements and internal delivery teams including facilities management, engineering, security, and project management. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements, and client-specific requirements. Oversee incident management and root cause analysis for service disruptions, implementing corrective action plans.
Financial Management
Develop and manage account budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Review monthly invoicing for accuracy and work with finance teams on collections. Track change orders, scope variations, and contract modifications. Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality.
Strategic Planning
Understand client business objectives and data center infrastructure roadmaps to anticipate future needs. Provide consultative guidance on facility operations, energy efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation. Participate in client strategic planning sessions and contribute to long-term facility master plans
