About the Role

• We are looking for an
• After Sales Engineer

to provide technical support for power protection and automation systems used in data centre projects. You will be responsible for on-site commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, customer training, and post-sales technical support to ensure reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide after-sales technical support for power protection and automation systems deployed in data centre projects.

Supervise on-site installation, commissioning, and integrated testing of protection relays, power meters, and other secondary electrical equipment.

Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and prepare technical fault reports in English.

Carry out preventive maintenance, including protection relay testing, automatic transfer switch (ATS) testing, and monitoring system inspections.

• Prepare commissioning reports, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Deliver basic operation and maintenance training to overseas customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and project teams to resolve technical issues and provide feedback for product and system improvements.
• Ensure all service activities comply with quality, safety, and project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Systems, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in after-sales service, field service, commissioning, or technical support for power protection or automation systems.

• Experience with data centres, substations, industrial power distribution, or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical protection schematics, wiring diagrams, and terminal layouts.
• Knowledge of protection relays, power automation systems, and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
• Fluent English is required for technical communication and documentation; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
