The Area Supervisor is a contract, on-site role based in Tangerang, Indonesia, responsible for overseeing daily operations across designated Anda Group locations. This role will regularly move between locations based on operational needs, ensuring consistent service standards, team performance, and customer experience across the group.
Key responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, monitoring operational readiness, ensuring adherence to service standards, and supporting teams in delivering consistent, high-quality wellness experiences.
The Area Supervisor monitors facility readiness, basic inventory and supplies, and addresses operational issues promptly to maintain a smooth client experience. The role also includes providing guidance and feedback to team members, supporting onboarding and training activities, and collaborating with management on performance improvement and operational initiatives.
The Area Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, cleanliness standards, and applicable local regulations, while serving as a key liaison between operations teams and management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or similar operational role.
Operational and supervisory experience, including overseeing multiple locations, coordinating schedules, and supporting day-to-day service delivery.
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a 4-star hotel or above is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with therapists, Front Office teams, and management.
Experience in wellness, hospitality, retail, or service-focused environments, with an understanding of customer experience and service standards.
Basic proficiency with office and scheduling tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling software, communication platforms) to manage reporting and coordination.
Knowledge of health, safety, and cleanliness standards in client-facing environments; prior experience enforcing operational guidelines is beneficial.
Willing and able to work mobile across Anda Group locations, including Anda Wellness and Anda Reserva, and support varied operational hours as needed.
