Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Minimum
- 5 years
- of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs.
- Minimum
- 2 years
- in a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, BPJS, Industrial Relations, General Affairs, and Indonesian Labor Law.
- Experience in developing HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period is highly preferred.
