Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong proficiency in Java and backend frameworks, particularly Spring Boot and/or Quarkus.
- Experience deploying and managing applications using JBoss and/or Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, Couchbase, and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with workflow platforms, preferably IBM BAW.
- Experience with Business Rule Management Systems, preferably IBM ODM.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience leading or mentoring software engineers is a plus.
