About the role
Cosmic Diner is seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Bali. As our new Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional coffee and beverage service to our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
- What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for every guest
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
- What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and the ability to consistently produce high-quality beverages
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
