- Job Scope
- Recruit new members and grow an active community.
- Find, approach and maintain partnerships with coffee shops and modern warkop.
- Promote events and attract participants.
- Network with partners and members to grow the community.
- Work in the field, including evenings and weekends during competitions.
- Work toward targets, alone or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Good communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Familiar with WhatsApp groups and social media.
- Active, proactive and comfortable working in the field.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and able to work alone or in a team.
- Experience in sales, BD, community management or event organizing is a plus.
