- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners while identifying new business opportunities to achieve mutual objectives.
- Improve the quality of paid subscribers through effective marketing campaigns with partners.
- Manage legal and financial documentation to support partnership activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs.
- Support the Business Development Team Lead in analyzing transaction data and optimizing business strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or a related commercial role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a plus.
